Lucia Miele has over two decades of experience in IT development and customer care. Since January 2017, Lucia has been working at Wind Tre in roles focused on Enterprise Applications and Revenue Management. Prior to this, from January 2001 to December 2016, Lucia held various positions at Wind, including IT Development in Provisioning & Credit and Supervisor for Customer Care. Lucia's career began at Infostrada S.p.A. as a Team Leader in Customer Care from March 1999 to December 2000.
