Elisabetta Gianella is an experienced technology manager currently serving as Technology OSS Manager at Wind Tre since January 2017, overseeing IT solutions for network assurance and performance. Previously, Elisabetta held the position of IT OSS Manager at Wind since 2001, and as Manager at Wind Innovation Lab, focusing on innovative telecommunications projects. Earlier roles include IT Manager for Application Development at Wind and IT Manager at Infostrada, as well as Project Manager at ARE. Elisabetta holds a Laurea in Scienze dell'informazione with a specialization in Telecomunicazioni from Università degli Studi di Milano and a Master's in Comunicazione multimediale from Istituto Superiore di Comunicazione di Milano.
