Mihaela Kaykov has extensive work experience in architecture and project management. Mihaela is currently working as a Project Manager RMO at Wincasa since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Architect Project Manager at an Independent firm from 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Project Manager in Architecture & Construction at Edifea. Before that, they worked as a Senior Architect and Project Manager at CP3 Group Architecture & Construction from 2016 to 2018, and at Moatti-Riviere from 2010 to 2016. Mihaela began their career as an Architect at Berger et Anzuitti architects in 2008, followed by roles at Renzo Piano Building Workshop in 2007 and Ateliers Jean Nouvel from 2005 to 2007.

Mihaela KAYKOV completed their Master of Architecture degree at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia from 2000 to 2006. Mihaela then pursued further education at the École nationale supérieure d'architecture de Paris-La Villette, where they obtained their DPLG - Master of Architecture degree from 2004 to 2007. In 2017 and 2018, Mihaela attended HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, where they obtained an EMBA in Corporate Finance & Management.
