Jeanette Perez is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience in the construction industry. Since June 2019, Jeanette has served as a Senior Project Manager at North American Properties. Prior to this role, Jeanette worked as a Construction Project Management Consultant from February 2015 to 2019 and as a Public Adjuster at Metro Public Adjustment, Inc. from 2014 to 2018, advocating for homeowners and commercial property owners during the claims process. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at h-cpm Hospitality CPM, a Project Manager/Purchasing Agent at Sordoni Construction Co., and holding various positions at Skanska USA. Jeanette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Pratt, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
