Emma Tai has over 25 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Director at ÈA°îëŠ×Ó since January 2016, where compensation and benefits policies have been designed to attract global talent. Prior experience includes leading HR initiatives at Pou Chen Group as the HR Head of Indonesia and developing corporate guidelines for the group. Emma Tai also held various HR management roles at Chi Lin Technology and Winbond, building HR teams and implementing policies that supported recruitment and employee development. Emma Tai holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from National Chung Cheng University.
