Scott Watters, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director of HR, Organization and Communication at De Nora since November 2015. Prior to this role, Scott held positions as Human Resources Manager at Laszeray Technology, LLC from April 2013 to October 2015, and at Swagelok from July 2011 to March 2013. Additionally, Scott served as Director of Human Resources at NRP Group from July 2005 to July 2011 and at Motorcars Automotive Group from May 1994 to July 2005. Scott earned an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
