Tim is a Partner and leads the Global People & Culture Practice.
He brings over 10 years’ experience of partnering with organisations on the appointment of the Chief People Officer and then working with them to build their top team. This includes Heads of Reward, Talent, HRIS/People Data & Analytics, Shared Services and Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. It also includes divisional or regional People Directors.
Clients include constituents of the FTSE100/250 and FORTUNE500 as well as VC or private-equity backed pre and post-IPO organisations. Sector-coverage is broad but typically includes technology-driven companies and those that are going through cultural change and transformation.
With a network of proven, commercial people leaders, he can introduce organisations to world-class individuals in the function. He also brings insight across a layer of emerging talent; leaders of the future who bring new and different skills and experiences. Advising organisations to consider this group also enables him to bring diversity in every search.
Tim was previously part of the HR Practice at Odgers Berndtson and prior to this, was a member of the management team at Frazer Jones.
