Joe Crowe serves as Vice President and Regional Director at Security Search and Consulting, Inc. since July 1999, overseeing a team of 15 recruiters and support staff specializing in electronic security, fire/life safety, electrical contracting, building controls, and infrastructure vertical markets. Previously, Joe held the role of Executive Recruiter at Seegers and Associates from January 1994 to June 1999, focusing on cold calling and business development. Joe's career began as a Building Systems Engineer at FM Sherman from February 1988 to December 1993, where responsibilities included building automation and HVAC controls. Educationally, Joe obtained a BA in English - Writing and a Bachelor's Degree in Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies from California State University, Northridge, between 1990 and 1994.
