Erik Klinckman is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Williams International, with a focus on testing and reviewing parts within the Materials and Properties Lab, utilizing techniques such as SEM analysis and microstructure evaluation. Previously, Erik worked as a Process Control Lab Technician and Weld Blender at PCC Structurals, Inc., where responsibilities included auditing foundry processes and ensuring process controls during investment casting. As a Quality Assurance Metallurgist at Nucor Steel Utah, Erik supervised lab technicians and provided technical expertise to customers. Erik also gained research experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, contributing to various projects and presenting findings at TMS 2013. Erik holds a Master’s Degree in Materials Engineering & Science from South Dakota Mines and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Benedictine College.
