Ryan Chen is a highly experienced data professional currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Brisbane Airport Corporation since September 2022, focusing on Azure Data Factory, Synapse implementation, and data integration with the SAP Emarsys marketing platform. Previously, Ryan worked as a BI Technical Lead in a freelance capacity, delivering business intelligence solutions, including a notable engagement with the Childrenā€™s Hospital Foundation Queensland. Ryan has held leadership roles at QIC as a Power BI Lead, where responsibilities included promoting user adoption and governance, and at Sunsuper as a Business Intelligence Technical Lead, leading Azure Machine Learning architecture design.
