Robert Barry started their work experience in 2006 as a CFO at the Community FoodBank of New Jersey. Robert then moved on to become the Chief Financial Officer at The Children's Home Society of NJ in 2017. In 2019, they took on the role of President/CEO at Wilf Campus for Senior Living, where they are currently employed.

From 1980 to 1984, Robert Barry attended Pace University - Lubin School of Business. Robert completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting during this time.
