Barry Thornton joined BioHorizons in 2006 as the Vice-President of Compliance and was promoted to the position of Senior Vice-President, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, in 2008. He is a former US Air Force officer and has over 20 years of quality and regulatory experience in the medical device industry for companies ranging in size from start-ups to established multi-divisional corporations. He spent over six years in Europe and Canada designing, implementing, and managing global quality systems and product registrations. Barry Thornton received a B.S. in Pre-Medicine: Chemistry from Auburn University.
