John Norkas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across different industries. As Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Pelican Dental Management since November 2020, John has played a pivotal role in increasing patient acquisition and office revenue for dental practices through innovative marketing strategies. John also founded Wildcat Software Design in September 2014, where a focus on software solutions is maintained. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Operations Support for the Department of Defense, where organizational goals were consistently met through effective decision-making and communication. Earlier, John was a Senior Wireless Integration Engineer at Ericsson and a Senior Network Integration Engineer at Nortel, contributing to network configuration and deployment projects throughout North and South America. John holds an Associate of Arts degree in Biology from Hillsborough Community College.
