Charlie Norton has been in the professional world since 2008. Charlie started their career as a Project Director at Artichoke Ltd. In 2010, they moved to Based Upon as an Account Manager. In 2011, they founded Plum Creative. In 2012, they became a Director and Co-Founder at Wild Nutrition, where they also served as Co-Founder and CEO. Charlie also became a Director at Henrietta Norton Nutrition Ltd in 2012.

Charlie Norton attended The Dragon School from 1985 to 1989. Charlie then attended Bryanston from 1989 to 1994. In 1994, they attended Falmouth University and completed a Foundation degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General. Finally, they attended the University of Wales, Cardiff from 1995 to 1998 and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fine/Studio Arts, General.
