Crystal L. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Crystal started their career as an Account Services Intern at OgilvyOne Worldwide in 2007. Following that, they worked at The Walt Disney Company as an Analyst in Global Marketing Finance from 2008 to 2010, and then as a Business Analyst in Global Business Development from 2010 to 2012.
In 2012, Crystal joined The Bicester Village Shopping Collection as the Manager of Marketing & Strategy, a role they held until 2014. Crystal then moved on to work at Soko as a Pro Bono Consultant in 2015, and at CHANEL as a Retail Strategy MBA Intern from 2015 to 2016.
Crystal's next role was as a Strategy Consultant at kate spade new york in 2016. Crystal then transitioned to Cole Haan, where they held various positions in the field of Digital & Customer Analytics. Crystal started as a Manager in 2017, became a Senior Manager in 2018, and ultimately served as the Director of Digital & Customer Analytics from 2019 to 2021.
Most recently, Crystal joined Wild Alaskan Company, where they initially served as the Director of Data and Analytics from 2021 to 2022. Crystal has since been promoted to the role of Vice President of Data and Analytics.
Crystal L. has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Wharton School, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration, with a focus on Global Management, from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. Alongside their degree from the Haas School of Business, Crystal L. also obtained another Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration, specializing in Global Management, from the University of California, Berkeley from 2004 to 2008. Lastly, they attended The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2007 for a short period to study Global Business.
