Ken Chang is an experienced professional in the food industry with a strong background in quality management and technical support. Currently serving as the Research Design & Quality Manager at Nomad Foods since August 2018, Ken has held various roles, including Regional Product Development & Quality Manager and Customer Technical Manager, where responsibilities included managing customer relationships, ensuring compliance with standards, and addressing technical issues. Prior to Nomad Foods, Ken held leadership positions at All in All Ingredients Ltd and Milish Foods, focusing on quality standards and continuous improvement. Ken has also worked at ARYZTA and Cuisine de France, developing and implementing quality management systems, coordinating customer projects, and handling complaints. Ken holds a B.Sc. in Applied Biosciences from Limerick Institute of Technology and has extensive expertise in food safety and quality assurance.
