Neil Firth has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Neil started their career at B&Q as a Purchase Order Analyst before moving to WHSmith Business Supplies as an Inventory Controller. Neil then joined ASDA Stores Ltd, where they held roles such as Supply Analyst and Supply Manager, responsible for supply and availability, as well as project management and logistics development. After that, they worked at Matalan as the Head of Supply Chain Planning, overseeing imports, volume planning, space planning, and central supply. Neil then moved to DSG International, where they served as the European Logistics Development Director and Primary Logistics Director. Later, they joined Marks and Spencer as the Head of Logistics for GM Supply Chain and Head of Logistics for GM & International Supply Chain Planning. Currently, they are employed as the Group Logistics Director at WHSmith. Throughout their career, Neil Firth has focused on improving supply chain efficiency, reducing working capital, and ensuring customer availability.
