Joli Lacy is a multifaceted professional currently serving as the Vice President of Member Development at Women in Business University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, where organization of events and post-meeting analytics are key responsibilities. Joli is also an active mentor for freshmen, with a focus on enhancing their first-year college experience, and has held leadership roles emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a Social Media Community Manager Intern at NMDP, Joli is responsible for content creation and member engagement across platforms. Additionally, Joli's experience includes positions at Target, Thompson Reuters, and various internships that involved marketing, business development, and customer service. Joli is pursuing dual degrees in Business Marketing and Asian and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
