Cristobal Richards Ovalle has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Cristobal started their career at LAN Airlines as an intern, where they gained experience in process mapping and process automation. Following this, they worked at Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile as a teaching assistant.

Cristobal then moved to Cornershop by Uber, where they held two roles. First, as a QA & Assortment Analyst, they created a QA score system at the product and store levels using historical data and SQL. Cristobal also worked as a Catalog Country Specialist, analyzing data for issue detection and training local teams to solve them.
In 2021, Cristobal joined Nubox Chile as the Head of Customer Success. Cristobal was responsible for managing two verticals, Retention and Engagement, within a SaaS company that provided solutions to small and medium-sized companies.
In 2022, Cristobal joined Rappi as the Head of Post Sales Chile, leading the commercial relationship with strategic restaurants. Cristobal later became the Head of Restaurants Chile, responsible for the overall success of the restaurant vertical and attaining revenue goals.
Most recently, Cristobal joined Wird as the Commercial Director, where they currently hold a position.
Cristobal Richards Ovalle attended Colegio SSCC de Manquehue from 1994 to 2007. It is not mentioned whether they obtained a degree or studied any specific field at this institution.
