Jorge Ramirez, currently working at Mend as the Global Sr. Director of Technical Support, previously held managerial positions in technical support at ClickSoftware and Progress Software Corporation. With a background in Electronic Engineering, Jorge has extensive experience in leading technical support teams, handling escalations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. In addition to their professional roles, Jorge has also worked as a Full Time Lecturer at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, teaching courses related to embedded programming, digital audio techniques, and more. Jorge's key projects include leading the implementation of a Machine Vision Applied to Surveillance Systems project and directing graduation projects at the Electronic Engineering faculty.
