Nicole Von Seggern has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Nicole began their career at Elevation Church as a Guest Services Director and later transitioned to the role of Live Producer. In 2012, they joined Technocom Business Systems as a Contract Administrator, where they were responsible for contract creation, billing, and customer correspondence. Additionally, they served as the Marketing and Client Analytics Manager at Technocom from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, Nicole joined CDI Southeast as an Operations Analyst before moving to ROVE in 2016. At ROVE, they worked as an Operations Analyst and later as the Marketing & CRM Lead. Since 2017, Nicole has been working at PCI Pal, initially as the Marketing Manager for North America and currently as the Marketing Director for the same region.

Nicole Von Seggern attended Regent University, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Nicole did not receive a specific degree from the university. In December 2012, they obtained a certification as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator from Microsoft.
