Gladys Ayaa has demonstrated expertise in community facilitation and peace building through current work at the Whitaker Peace & Development Initiative since February 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a Hygienist and WASH assistant at the International Rescue Committee from January 2017 to February 2018. Gladys Ayaa's academic background includes education from Kampala International University.
