Divya Sharma is an HR and Organizational Development professional with diverse experience in talent management, culture transformation, and neurodiversity initiatives. Currently serving as an HR/OD Freelancer at Maaha People and as a Culture Change Project Manager at Vertical Breakthrough, Divya has led significant projects including market research analysis for leadership programs and neurodiversity initiatives in collaboration with senior consultants. In previous roles, Divya contributed to the NHS as a GMTS HR Management Trainee, where notable achievements included the creation of a neurodiverse strategy and leadership in HR transformation projects. Divya's academic background includes a BA in Philosophy with Psychology from the University of Warwick and a CIPD Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from De Montfort University.
