Jamie Martinez has extensive experience in operations and sales management. Currently serving as an Operations Manager at Ryder System, Inc. since June 2022, Jamie oversees personnel development, production activities, staffing, and safety protocols. Previously, as an Operations Supervisor at Whiplash since September 2016, Jamie has focused on staff training and coordination of production. Past roles include Account Executive and Sales Operations Coordinator at Capital Technology, responsible for customer service and order fulfillment, as well as an Office Manager at Hammer Insurance Services, overseeing a team of agents. Early career experience includes roles in sales and customer service at Fred Loya Insurance and Galaxy Hamburgers. Jamie holds a high school diploma from Ontario High School, graduating in 2008.
