Shaquille Shanks is an experienced photojournalist currently working at WGEM TV since November 2019, where responsibilities include filming live shots, conducting interviews, editing with Avid Editor, and covering breaking news. Prior to this role, Shaquille held internships at Lindenwood University, including a position as Sports Information Intern, where duties entailed writing press releases, creating graphics, recording stats, and live streaming events. Additionally, involvement with LBTV at Lindenwood University included storytelling within the community, and participation in the public relations team for the 2017 Fall Homecoming event. Earlier experience as a Production Assistant at Elite Media LLC involved collaboration at Lambeau Field for the Green Bay Packersā€™ training camp. Shaquille holds a degree from Lindenwood University, having also attended Lincoln Memorial University and graduated from Alpharetta High School.
