Susan E Morgan, SPHR, currently serves as a Moderator at WFM Labs, focusing on improving customer service experiences through innovative solutions. With extensive experience as an HR Business Consultant at MetLife from 2000 to 2021, Susan managed key talent processes and served as the primary interface for Human Resources. Earlier career roles include serving as an Admin Assistant at Miami Valley Regional Transit Authority and an HR Assistant at Becker Electric.
