Esther Wei Haines is a seasoned professional in interpreting and translation with extensive experience in both corporate and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as an English, Mandarin, and Shanghainese Interpreter/Translator at Grupo Noa International, Esther provides telephone interpreting services across various domains, including finance and medicine. As the former CEO of Haines International Inc, responsibilities included executive management and developing strategic partnerships, notably collaborating with Beijing Capital and MLB China. Esther also led international adoption initiatives as the China Program Director at International Adoption Net and established adoption programs at International Families, Inc., influencing policies and procedures in inter-country adoption. Esther holds a graduate degree from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary.
