Mari-Frances Bentvelzen has a strong background in customer success and operations, with extensive experience in leadership roles at various companies. Currently, they are the SVP of Global Customer Success and Operations at WEX, leading a team of 3000 employees and focusing on revenue retention, customer experience, and go-to-market strategies. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at SAP Concur, including General Manager and Business Head, Global VP of Customer Success & Services, Global Head of Customer Success, Vice President of Customer Success, and Senior Director of Customer Success. Mari-Frances also held leadership positions at Simply Measured, Marqeta Inc, Plum District, and Altria. Mari-Frances Bentvelzen has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Washington.
