Abdul Naveed has worked in the customer service industry since 2010. Abdul began their career as a Customer Care Executive at Mobilink in 2010. In 2013, they moved to MCB Bank Limited as an Operations Officer. Abdul then became a General Banking Officer (GBO) at MCB Bank Limited in 2016. In 2017, they joined Bank Alfalah Limited as a Customer Service Representative. In 2020, they moved to Foree as a Customer Support Executive and was later promoted to Customer Support Team Lead. In 2022, they joined Abhi (YC S21) as a Customer Experience Specialist and was later promoted to Assistant Manager Customer Experience.
Abdul Naveed attended Motessori Complex High School from 1995 to 2005, where they earned a Matriculation in Computer Science. Abdul then attended Govt Dehli College from 2005 to 2007, where they earned an Intermediate in Engineering.
