Matt Justice serves as the Chief Retail Officer at WeStreet Credit Union since November 2017, overseeing the strategic direction and overall performance of the credit union's retail branch network, contact center, collections, consumer lending products, wealth management, mortgage, and corporate real estate departments. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Director and Senior Vice President at Bank of Oklahoma from January 2010 to November 2017, managing community and metro markets in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Matt Justice also held senior vice president positions at National City Bank from 1998 to 2009, contributing significantly to the integration of a banking institution, and developed customer service and sales strategies in the Lexington, KY market. Matt Justice holds an M.B.A. in Business from Sullivan University, a B.S. in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University, and further education from the University of Virginia's Consumer Bankers Association.
