Pascale Mani has extensive experience in program and project management across various organizations within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Project Director for the Business and Wealth CPS230 Program at Westpac since September 2024, Pascale has held key roles such as Program Manager at Resolution Life, overseeing the AIA transition to RLA, and at BT, managing the Financial Crimes Licensee uplift program. Prior experience includes significant positions at MLC Australia, Commonwealth Bank, and AMP, where Pascale directed multiple high-impact projects focused on compliance, technology uplift, and strategic initiatives. Pascale's career began at Macquarie Group, culminating with a solid educational foundation in Computing Science from the University of Technology Sydney and a Prince 2 Practitioner certification in project management.
