Tracy McDonald CAIB is an experienced insurance professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Manager of Regulatory & Business Operations at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. since May 1993, Tracy previously held multiple roles including Operations Manager at both Westland Insurance and Gillons Insurance, where Tracy was also a Partner, CIO, and Operations Manager before Gillons was acquired by Westland. Prior to this, Tracy was the President and CEO of Lake of the Woods Insurance until its merger with Gillons Insurance. Tracy holds a RIBO designation and is an alumnus of the University of Manitoba.
