Susan Baker is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in health operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Acentra Health since June 2023, Susan previously held the role of Senior Vice President and Vice President of Operations at KEPRO since May 2015. From November 1999 to June 2023, Susan was the Executive Director at APS Healthcare, where responsibilities included national program design and delivery, call center management, account management, and financial management. Earlier career positions include Account Manager at OptumHealth and Manager of the Employee Assistance Call Center. Susan holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University.
