Amy Jewitt is an experienced environmental professional with a strong background in invasive species management and land conservation. Currently serving as the Invasive Species Coordinator at The Western Pennsylvania Conservancy since 2013, Amy Jewitt has focused on maintaining and managing Pennsylvania's invasive species data to preserve native flora and fauna. Previous roles include Utility Forester at Davey Resource Group, where communication with property owners was essential for vegetation management, and Plant Protection Technician for the United States Department of Agriculture, where Amy Jewitt conducted inspections and GIS mapping related to the Asian Longhorned Beetle. With a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science from The Pennsylvania State University, along with minors in Horticulture, Leadership Development, and International Agriculture, Amy Jewitt brings a diverse skill set and commitment to environmental conservation.
