Julie previously held positions such as Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer at Allwel and Director of Waiver Services at New Frontiers in T.B.I., Inc. Julie has a Master of Applied Disability Studies in Applied Behavior Analysis from Brock University and a degree in Linguistics and Psychology.
