Hetna Pandya has a diverse work experience in the clinical research and healthcare industry. Hetna started their career as a Hospital Pharmacist at Kavya skin clinic from August 2014 to May 2015. Hetna then worked as a Project Coordinator at Accutest Research Laboratories (I) Pvt. Ltd. from March 2016 to July 2017. Hetna Pandya then transitioned into the role of a Medical Writer at Cliantha Research Limited from July 2017 to June 2018. Hetna continued their medical writing career at AXIS Clinicals Ltd from June 2018 to September 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Medical Writer at Veeda Clinical Research Limited from June 2022.

Hetna Pandya completed a Certificate course in Medical Writing and Pharmacovigilance in 2022 from Gujarat Technological University (GTU) with a focus on Clinical Research. Prior to that, in the years 2012 to 2014, Hetna pursued an M. Pharm degree from Gujarat Technological University (GTU).
