Rex W. Hime currently serves as the Government Relations Director and Regional Relationship Manager at the Western Electrical Contractors Association, Inc. since December 2022. Previously, Rex W. Hime was the VP of Strategic Communication at the California Business Properties Association (CBPA) and held the position of Director Of Communications with the same organization from June 2017 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes work as a Legislative Assistant at CBPA, focusing on tracking legislation, engaging with legislators, and organizing industry events. Rex W. Hime's foundational experience includes internships at BICKER, CASTILLO & FAIRBANKS and in the California State Senate, which involved legislative tracking and communication support. Educational qualifications include studies at Chapman University and the University of California, Santa Cruz, as well as graduating from Del Oro High School.
