Rick Kutcher is an experienced education leader and keynote speaker currently serving at TED Conferences as a Keynote Speaker since February 2024, where Kutcher delivers insights on leveraging data in education. As a Specialist and L&D Manager at Education Service Center Region 13 since October 2019, Kutcher leads the launch of innovative learning programs and facilitates workshops across 70 Texas school districts. Previous roles include Principal and L&D Manager at Milano ISD, where Kutcher developed strategic learning plans, and Principal at Lexington ISD, managing curriculum design and employee training. Rick Kutcher's early career included establishing the fine arts program at Bastrop ISD as Director of Bands and Chair of the Fine Arts Department. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin State University, a Bachelor of Music from the University of Connecticut, and pre-college training at Juilliard School.
