Andrew Bradbeer has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Andrew started their career as a Specialist Registrar at the Royal Brompton and Harefield hospitals, where they focused on interstitial lung disease. Andrew then joined Manse Medical as a Consultant Physician in respiratory and sleep medicine, while also serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the practice. At Manse Medical, Andrew played a key role in expanding the practice and partnering with other healthcare organizations. Later, they took on the role of Director of General Inpatient Medicine at Western District Health Service, where they led a medical unit for five years during the pandemic. Andrew also served as the Acting Chief Medical Officer and Director of Physician Training at the same organization. Andrew's most recent role is as a Physician Member of the Medical Advisory Committee at The Sunshine Private Hospital.

Andrew Bradbeer completed their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree at the University of Melbourne from 1989 to 1995.
