Dmitry Kisil is a seasoned professional in the maritime industry with over 28 years of experience. Currently serving as a Loss Prevention Associate at WEST OF ENGLAND INSURANCE SERVICES (LUXEMBOURG) S.A. since July 2015, Dmitry previously held the position of Loss Prevention Executive at West of England Insurance Services from April 2013 to July 2015. Dmitry's responsibilities involve executing condition survey programs and developing Loss Prevention initiatives. Prior to that, Dmitry worked as a Fleet Manager and Technical Superintendent at Euroship Services Ltd, overseeing the technical management of RORO vessels. Dmitry began a maritime career as Chief Engineer in the Merchant Navy at Cobelfret Ferries and held positions as Engineer Officer with the Baltic Shipping Company. Dmitry holds an MBA in Shipping and Logistics from Middlesex University and a BSc in Engineering from the Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia.
