Kobi Lerner has over 20 years of experience in training, implementation, and management within the shipping and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Team Leader and CRM Business Analyst at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services since July 2010, Kobi focuses on identifying learning gaps and developing training solutions that align with the company's strategic goals. Previously, Kobi worked at Maersk Line from 2005 to 2010 as a Training and Implementation Manager, supporting top users in 44 countries during their transition to new systems. Kobi's career began in retail management with Bon Sport and Sport Wertheimer, where expertise was gained in setting up and revitalizing stores. Kobi holds a BA in Communications and Political Science from Bar-Ilan University.
