Rachel Jones is an experienced law enforcement professional with a significant background in leadership roles in policing. Currently serving as Temporary Deputy Chief Constable at West Mercia Police since June 2020, Rachel previously held the position of Assistant Chief Constable for Local Policing and Operations. At West Midlands Police, Rachel's tenure spanned over a decade, from April 2010 to November 2022, during which time Rachel advanced through several key positions, including Temporary Assistant Chief Constable, Chief Superintendent, and Detective Superintendent in Public Protection.
