Johan Swahn is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various organizations, currently serving as the Head of HR Operations Sweden and HR Business Partner at Getinge since September 2019, where responsibilities have included managing labor negotiations during the pandemic. Additionally, Johan has been a SAR instructor at Sjöfartsverket and a volunteer commander for the Swedish Sea Rescue Society.
