Paul Tam serves as the Executive Director of Performing Arts at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since March 2020. Prior to this role, Paul held prominent positions including Executive Director at Hong Kong Ballet and General Manager at the Hong Kong International Literary Festival. Paul also contributed to the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra as Director of Marketing and Assistant General Manager, among other roles. A founder and director at Faircord Limited, Paul has a diverse background in the arts and culture sector, supported by education from esteemed institutions such as Harvard Business School and York University, with degrees in business administration and fine arts.
