Layne Western has extensive experience in plan review services, having worked as a Sr. Plans Examiner at West Coast Code Consultants, Inc. since June 2022. Prior to that, Layne held positions at the City of West Jordan, serving as a Building Official from May 2018 to June 2022 and as a Sr. Plans Examiner from August 1999 to May 2018.
