Jeff Schiffer, NCARB, serves as the Architecture Department Manager for Fluor Corporation's Greenville Operations since March 2016, where responsibilities include being the Architect of Record for a major biopharmaceutical manufacturing project. As the owner of Southeast Buildings Inc., established in May 2010, Jeff provides diverse design-related services, including architectural design and graphic support. Previous roles include Architect at Jacobs Engineering, contributing to large industrial projects, and Project Manager at Narramore Associates, Inc., overseeing architectural design and technical systems. Jeff holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy.
