Nathan Pollatz is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Principal at Green Tree Elementary School within the West Bend School District since July 2023. Previously, Nathan held the position of Directing Principal at Dr. Jones Elementary School in the Racine Unified School District from August 2014 to July 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Assistant Principal, Interim Assistant Principal, and 7th Grade Social Studies Teacher, as well as leading the 7th grade team and coordinating bully prevention efforts. Earlier in their career, Nathan was the Lead Teacher at Destiny High School from August 2010 to July 2014, focusing on teaching and coaching new educators to enhance instructional performance. Nathan holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of Minnesota (2008-2009) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Minnesota (2004-2008), with additional studies at Concordia University-Wisconsin (2014-2016).
