Ed Brzychcy serves as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Practice in Organizational Behavior and an Adjunct Professor of Practice at Babson College since August 2022, focusing on the Foundations of Management and Entrepreneurship Program for first-year students. As the Founder and President of Lead from the Front, Ed consults and coaches leaders at all levels, emphasizing organizational design and leadership development. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor at Endicott College, Founder of Blue Cord Management specializing in leadership training, and Project Manager for Babson College's consulting project with Fidelity Investments. Ed's early career included roles as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones and an Infantryman in the US Army, where notable achievements included winning Soldier of the Month Board and receiving recognition for leadership. Ed holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Salem State University.
