Kaitlyn Schwab is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a strong background in managing digital content and executing marketing campaigns. Currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Director at West Bay Club since August 2020, Kaitlyn oversees the community and club's website, mobile app, social media platforms, and email communications. Previously, as Marketing and Communications Manager at Shadow Wood Country Club, Kaitlyn created content for various social media channels and produced promotional videos. Early career experience includes a role as Showroom Assistant at FRANCESCO MOLON-GIEMME STILE GROUP SPA, where Kaitlyn managed customer interactions and facilitated high-end sales, and as a Graphic Design Intern at Maverick Entertainment Group, where Kaitlyn contributed to cover art and promotional materials. Kaitlyn holds a degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Florida Gulf Coast University.
