Anthea Bath is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the mining and energy sectors. Currently serving as President and CEO of Wesdome Gold Mines since July 2023, Anthea also holds a position as Non Executive Director at Epiroc. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Technical Services at Ero Copper Corp from 2018 to 2023, and Vice President of Strategic Market Development and Supply Chain at Sibanye from 2016 to 2018. Anthea was the CEO of PentaQuark Energy, a company focused on energy solutions in South Africa, from 2015 to 2016, and previously served as CEO of Mitochondria Energy and held various positions at Anglo Platinum. Anthea's early career includes consulting at Capgemini and training at South African Breweries. Anthea holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pretoria.
